The Rhône skilled Craft Chamber is an organization directed by elected craftsmen. Its main role is to represent the interests of the craft sector and to bring services to the 24 000 craftsmen established in the department of the Rhone like:

• consulting for economic development
• organisation of apprenticeship in the craft sector 
• business creation, founding or taking over
• technical support for modernization
• local development
•  access to the benefit guarantee system,
• export advice
• promotion of the crafts
