WELCOME to euronaver.net

The “Mobility” workers and learners is important to European crafts and SMEs: Learning and working abroad enriches the skills and experience of individuals and increases their understanding of other cultures and work traditions. Moreover, the experience of working/learning in another country has an effect on employability and entrepreneurship.

Relevant stakeholders, such as skilled craft chambers and their training centres, have a long tradition in transnational mobility. As local and regional promoters they play a key role in developing a culture of European mobility by offering mobility opportunities, information, counselling and support adapted for people in training, apprentices and skilled workers.

Euronaver.net aims at quantitative and qualitative development of transnational mobility projects. Euronaver brings together a network of umbrella organisations and intermediary bodies, experts and promoters of transnational mobility in apprenticeship and initial professional training within skilled craft’s and SMEs.

Euronaver.net provides a platform for networking to

  • develop partnerships between organisations interested in implementing transnational mobility for people in training, apprentices, skilled workers, trainers and tutors in skilled crafts,
  • share experiences, resources and practical tools facilitating mobility in the perspective of lifelong learning,
  • develop common quality criteria.

Euronaver.net Members have access to

  • a database of organisations promoting mobility,
  • information concerning pedagogical issues about learning and working abroad,
  • a “mobility assistant” containing information about administration, financing and legal issues,
  • a quality handbook,
  • information about transparency and validation
  • links.
